About Chef Fat Boy
Well, we made the big move! We moved from Florida that was our home for 13 years to Tyner, Kentucky, man this is country! We have cows in the back yard, a small country store next door, Roosters and even horse's. There's Great views of the mountains and the fresh country air with the scent of some kind of honey flowers. Now, let's talk about BBQ! There's no BBQ places in this county except for the smoke, flames and the aroma of grilling delights in the country air from our neighborhood. I can't wait to fire up our grill and really pollute the air. Oh! had a big surprise a week after we moved into our house, there's Black Bears in the area!! I wonder how they would taste on the grill? We also heard there are still people here that make Moonshine! I wonder if Moonshine would be good in a marinade! I'll keep you posted on that!
Anyway, I am an old biker from way
back when (late 60's), disabled now due to a genetic eye
disorder called "Best Dystrophy". Not much eye sight left for me now. I am unemployed and I can't ride anymore and sure miss the wind in my face and the
thunder between my legs! HA! What a feeling!
I write Biker food columns for a few motorcycle magazines and web sites
including' Englands [inter-bike
website] Full Throttle out of Tampa, Florida , Florida Bikers Digest,
Free Wheelin Magazine in Cleveland, OH, and Florida Gun News. I also have a TV
appearance on the weekly Full Throttle-Vision's
show which airs every Saturday night on WBN Channel 38 in Tampa, Florida.
I want to thank the State of Florida Blind Services Department, for all
the assistance they provided to me in learning a new career and hopefully
someday be able to again support myself and family. To, Jon Booth from[inter-bike
